MPBSE unveils revised blueprint Keeping in view the interest of the students

Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) released outline for the upcoming class 10th and class 12th board examinations on Tuesday.

The blueprint was released after several revisions. This year, about 19 lakh students will be appearing in the board examination. In a directive issued by the Board on Tuesday, it was noted that blueprint released last week had to be revised.

"The objections received from students, parents, representatives and teachers in the blue print issued in class X and XII were considered and with advice from subject experts, and resolution of objections, the revised blueprint has been finally released," MPBSE said. In the last blue print released on March 3, 2021, MPBSE had included some of the chapters that were removed earlier. This had led to increase in the course from about ten to twenty per cent. Hence, students, parents and teachers had raised objections.

"Keeping in view the interest of the students, the board has considered changes and applied the same following recommendation of subject experts," MPBSE said. It further added that the revised blue print has been released, which will prove to be comfortable and meaningful for the students, by removing the courses shortened by the Board as well as the courses reduced by the Board.
