Mukesh Ambani gifted Reliance employee a house worth 1500 crores, the building is of 22 floors

Mumbai: The country's richest businessman Mukesh Ambani has shown a big heart. In fact, Ambani has gifted a luxurious house to Manoj Modi, a long-time employee of Reliance Industries and one of his special people. How grand this house will be, it can be estimated from the fact that its cost is Rs 1500 crores. Manoj Modi is counted among the most trusted employees of Reliance Industries and is also known as the right hand of Mukesh Ambani. 

As per reports, the house gifted by Ambani to Manoj Modi is a 22-storey building. Not only this, it is situated at the prime location of Mumbai, Napeen Sea Road. As per reports, Mukesh Ambani has gifted this house to Manoj Modi a few months back. Manoj Modi, a trusted employee of Reliance for the past several decades, is currently the Director of Reliance Jio and Retail.

The grand building gifted by Mukesh Ambani to his employee has been named Vrindavan. The road on which this building is located is also the residence of Sajjan Jindal, Managing Director of the Jindal Group. The name of his house is Maheshwari House. The Nepean Sea Road where this building is located has land rates of up to Rs 70,600 per sq ft. In this way, the cost of Manoj Modi's building has been estimated at Rs 1500 crore.
