Trains have been trapped in rainwater in many places. Heavy rain is also affecting the local people. The movement of trains on the central and harbour lines has been stopped due to rain. Due to rain and waterlogging, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has also declared a one day holiday in all private and government offices today. Further, it has been said that all offices except emergency service will remain closed. In view of heavy rains in Mumbai, people have been instructed not to get out of their homes. The BMC said, "If it is not necessary, do not get out of the house."
