Mumbai: In the city of Mumbai, which is called the Economic Capital of India, a rumor broke out in a pharma company on Saturday night. Taking the complaints of gas leaks seriously, the officials reached the spot. However, the Fire Department of Mumbai has claimed that the information about the gas leak was completely false. Earlier, the Brihanmumbai Metropolitan Municipality (BMC) said that fire engines were sent on the spot as a precaution on receipt of the information of gas leak. Claims of Mumbai's fire department: According to the information received, the fire department of Mumbai has claimed that the information about gas leakage is completely false. After which it has been said by the department that after getting the information, the employees of the department who reached the spot did not find any gas or any leakage of any kind. A complaint call was also received from Powai and Andheri in this regard. 17 fire engines were installed to detect leakages. Also, other vehicles were kept ready to deal with emergencies. According to the information received, the Chief Fire Officer of Dakmal Department said that in relation to these complaints Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL), National Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) and Police Was informed Investigation in this regard is being done by senior officials. Earlier BMC had informed that the situation is under control. All the necessary resources have been mobilized. The origin of the odor is being investigated. At the same time, it has been learned that 17 vehicles of fire brigade equipped with public announcement system are ready for response when required. No gas leakage was found at given locations.
