Ulama says that the killing of Muslims in the name of Cow Vigilantism is not right. Such people should be punished for hanging. In a statement issued on Saturday, Maulana Sayyed Mahmud Madani, National President of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, demanded strict and effective legislation for preventing the Central and State Governments against prevention of mobs lynching issued in the country. Maulana Madani said that the courage of those who take the law into their hands has increased because they think that they are safe from the law. Last year, Alwar Parveen Khan and Omar Khan had been beaten to death by the guards. But sadly, in the last year, the police gave a clean chit to seven accused in the murder of Parveen Khan. He said that obviously in such a situation, Mob lynching can never be stopped. Therefore, under the direction of the Supreme Court, the Central Government has made a separate and comprehensive law against it.
