Andhra Pradesh's government is clamping down on the theatre business. Several cinema theatres in Andhra Pradesh have been confiscated by local authorities for various reasons, which is a shocking occurrence. All of these happenings are now having an impact on Nani's Shyam Singha Roy, which will be released on December 24th. A total of 50 centres in Krishna district, as well as all 7 movie halls in Madanapalle, Chittoor district, were seized today. In addition, all four theatres in Kuppam have been confiscated. Shyam Singha Roy will be released in just 6 of the remaining 36 centres in Krishna district, which is a very low number for a well-known film like Shyam Singha Roy. This is Venkat's debut endeavour as a film producer, working alongside Shyam Singha Roy. He put his faith in Nani and spent a lot of money on the film. This is Nani's most expensive project to date. However, only hours before Shyam Singha Roy's release, the film is experiencing unexpected snags in three Andhra Pradesh districts. The administration has given local governments till December 29th to validate theatre licences across the state. As a result, there's a good likelihood that multiple theatres will be seized on the day of Radhe Shyam's release. This has everyone close to Shyam Singha Roy very worried.
