Big disclosure of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, affected sectors may get relief package

The lockdown has severely affected the Indian economy. The government is seriously considering bringing a package for all possible help to the sectors affected by the applicable lockdown of Covid-19 and a decision will be taken at the Prime Minister level. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari said this on Wednesday. During a video conferencing conversation with real estate-related industry organization Nardeco, the MSME and Road Transport and Highways Minister said, "I have sent suggestions from my department but the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister will take a final decision in this regard."

In his statement further, Gadkari said that the decision taken by the government will be made public with time. He said that the government stands firmly with the industries. The minister said that the Government of India is considering various issues. He said that every possible package for all sectors is being seriously considered and a decision will be taken at the Prime Minister's level.

Gadkari said that the government is formulating a separate policy for agriculture, micro, small and medium industries (MSMEs). He underlined the idea of Agro-MSME and urged the industry to explore possibilities related to agriculture. Gadkari also once again reiterated that India can increase its exports and growth by taking advantage of the opportunity created by the global community to distance itself from China.
