National Herald Case: Delhi court gives nod to Swamy’s plea

A Delhi court will resume the hearing of Natiional Herald Case on Monday. The BJP leader Subramaniam Swamy tweeted “Today I am at Patiala House Magistrate’s Court on the NH case. It will be about documents. After Holi pre-charge arguments will begin”.

The case is about to the Indian National Congress granting an interest laon of rs. 90.25 crore to National Herald newspaper owner’s AJL, Associated Journal Limited, which was established in 1938 by Jawaharlal Nehru.

Delhi court gave yes to Swami plea, seeking the balance sheets of Indian National Congress (INC) and Associated Journals Pvt. Ltd (AJL) for the purpose of investigation in the case.
