CWG: Naveen Sihag made a splash, another medal to India's standing

Indian wrestler Naveen Sihag has won the country's sixth gold medal in the 74 kg category of the Commonwealth Games 2022 wrestling event. Pakistan's Tahir was in front of Naveen in the final match, but the Indian wrestler made this match one-sided with his bets. With this medal of Naveen, there were a total of 10 medals in India's games. India has also won 10 medals in weightlifting.

This is what Naveen's journey has been in the Commonwealth Games 2022

Round 16 (victory): The first match against Nigeria's Life was strong. Naveen managed to win 13-3 in it.  

Quarterfinals (win): The match against Lou Hong Yeov of Singapore was also one-sided. He won the match 10-0.

Semi-final (victory): Naveen has also played a one-sided match against England's Charlie Bowling. He could not stand ahead of the Indian wrestler's pace. Naveen won the match 12-1 to make it to the final.

Final (win): Naveen took on Tahir of Pakistan in the final. The Pak wrestler could not stand up to Naveen's game and lost the match 9-0.
