NDA Govt is stable, keeping up policymaking and governance: PM Modi

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi compared the NDA and UPA governments, claiming that the NDA is a stable government that brings stability to governance and policymaking.

"Coalition governments have existed for decades, and their performance has been questioned. People all across the world had doubts about the nation as a result. When a stable government was elected in 2014, policymaking and governance became more stable, said Modi, who was speaking virtually at the Yuva Vijay Sankalp Rally at Paddle Ground in Mandi.

Speaking on the recent Assembly elections, Modi said that even in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, where governments formerly changed every five years, voters once more chose the BJP to lead both states. People are now cognizant of the value of a stable government, he said.

with reference to initiatives carried out by the BJP government in the region, he said, "We have approved the proposal to add the Hatti people to the list of STs in the state and have committed Rs 14,000 crore for national highways in Himachal Pradesh. He said, "We also brought the ropeway capability along with constructing villages near the border areas.

Modi praised Himachal Pradesh, saying that the state's tourism industry is growing in an encouraging manner. In praising the state government's efforts, he said that the BJP has started the service for e-visa for visitors in an endeavour to free tourism from the COVID-19 pandemic.

He praised Himachal Pradesh's youth, saying that whether they were involved in sports or the arts, their zeal and talent benefited the whole country. The BJP places a high focus on inspiring the next generation, he said.

The Prime Minister expressed regret for missing the rally in Mandi due to inclement weather. He said, "I was meant to attend the rally in Mandi, but I am unable to do so owing to the severe weather."

He assured them that he will come meet them there in the days to come.
