In a recent episode of Nilakkakkayil, Radhamani calls Vasanthi and complains that no one cares about Rani. Radhmani lies that he has confessed the crime to Kasturi. Vasanti is shocked by Radhamani's talk and meets Ravi. Vasanti tells Ravi about Radhmani's telephonic conversation. But Ravi says that he does not believe that Kasturi may have committed the crime. Malathi justified her suspicions on Kasturi.
On the other hand, Rani appears to be conversing with Adi. She apologizes for being rude with him and says that she comes to know that Swati misled her. Adi feels that she knows she is cheating on him. Meanwhile, Sharath and the captain arrive there. Also Sharath requests Rani to come to his house. Rani says that she will not leave Adi. She also questions the reason behind Sharath taking her home.
On the other hand, Kasturi is seen praying in front of Kattumathappan. She started crying bitterly, saying that she had decided to accept Radhmani's demand. Kasturi says that she is afraid to leave the house. Swati overhears the conversation and orders Kasturi not to do so. She warns Kasturi that she may uncover her relationship with Adi. Kasturi gets shattered and requests Swati not to tell anyone the secret.
