NEET 2021 exam Updates, students seek more clarity

NEW DELHI: For more than a month now, students and parents have been requesting on social media platforms to provide clarity regarding the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test  (NEET 2021) exam.

However, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet released an update on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, NEET 2021. Candidates are advised not to believe in any fake news on NEET and to keep a regular track on the official website - ntaneet.nic.in - for the latest updates.

Students took to social media to request the education minister and the NTA to address the delay in the announcement regarding the NEET 2021 exam and application form release dates. However, an official announcement is yet to be made.

Increase in the number of NEET questions: As per the Health Ministry, the NEET 2021 questions are designed in line with the JEE Main, where students answered 75 questions from a total of 90.

It is known that the NEET syllabus will remain the same as it was earlier. However, in view of the reduction of the syllabus by some boards across the country, the NTA has decided to provide internal choice to students for the topics removed. So the paper pattern will see changes and a new NEET exam pattern is expected to be announced soon.
