National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology has issued advertisement for recruitment on Total 49 post of Scientist 'B' and Scientific Assistant 'A' in Directorate of Standardization Testing and Quality Certification. According to the advertisement (No. NIELIT / NDL / STQC / 2020/1) released by the Institute on Wednesday, 2 December 2020, candidates wishing to apply can apply online through the official portal, nielit.gov.in till 31 December 2020. . Applications made by any other means will not be accepted.

Educational Qualifications: Those eligible for Scientist 'B' posts are eligible to apply for an MSc or MCA in Electronics or Computer Science from a recognized institute, or ME or MTech or BE or BTech or AMIE degree in DOE B level or fixed trade. At the same time, for Scientific Assistant 'A' posts, candidates should have passed MSc degree in Electronics or Applied Electronics or Physics or Computer Science or IT or MS degree in fixed subjects or MCA or BE or BTech in fixed trades.

Age Range: The age of the candidates should not be more than 30 years on the last date of application.

Candidates will have to first register on the application page and then login through the allotted registration ID and password and submit their application for the candidate related post.

Application fee: They will have to pay an application fee of Rs 800 at the time of applying. The application fee for SC, ST, PWD and women candidates is Rs 400.
