Nikhil Siddhartha made his on-screen debut in Tollywood with Shekhar Kammula's 2007 film Happy Days. He has completed 14 years in Tollywood. The film was a blockbuster and also marked the debut of actors like Varun Sandesh and Tamannaah Bhatia. The actor is currently busy shooting for Kartikeya 2 and 18 Pages with Anupama Parameswaran. The actor will reprise his role as a doctor in Kartikeya's sequel thriller. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has also been roped in for this film directed by Chandu Mondeti. Palnati Surya Pratap has directed 18 Pages. A spy thriller with editor-turned-director Gary Beeh is also in the making.
