Nila Infrastructures Ltd has informed Bombay Stock Exchange that, “a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016”
Considering the following business:
1. To approve audited financial statements together with reports thereon for the year ended on March 31, 2016;
2. To approve audited financial results for the quarter/ year ended on March 31, 2016;
3. To suggested dividend for the year ended on March 31, 2016, if any.
In this view, in agreement with the supplies of SEBI Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed, for the Directors and Designated Persons, from May 20, 2016 to May 29, 2016. The Trading Window shall reopen from May 30, 2016.
