New Delhi: Recently, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said on Friday, 'Every person's life matters so there should be no VIP or non VVIP category for vaccines to protect against Covid-19 but for this Corona warriors, senior citizens and those suffering from other diseases should be given priority. ' On Friday, the Chief Minister said, "It is expected that the Central Government will plan the distribution of vaccines, but it will give priority to 'priority-based' vaccination which will be technical rather than political in nature." It also said, "The whole world and Delhi government are eagerly waiting for the vaccine. It is estimated that the Central Government will prepare the distribution plan. If they ask for suggestions from us… there should be no VIP or non-VIP categories when it comes to vaccination of people. All are equal and the life of all is important.'' Kejriwal said in a conference that, despite the severe third wave of Coronavirus infection in Delhi, the situation has not gone out of control as the city government tests under the 'Delhi model', detecting the infected, sending work in isolated habitat is doing fast.
