UK-based tech company Nothing has announced that its new Phone 3a series is being made in India. The company said the phones are designed in London but manufactured in India, combining British design with Indian production skills. The official launch is set for March 4.

Nothing shared that its factory in Chennai is making the Phone 3a series, providing jobs to over 500 workers. Impressively, 95% of them are women. The company says this move supports local manufacturing in India.
What to Expect from the Phone 3a Series
Nothing has promised that the new series will focus on important features like the camera, screen, processor, and design. In a video shared on X (formerly Twitter), the company showed a glimpse of one of the upcoming phones.
The phone has Nothing’s signature transparent back and a horizontal camera module, similar to the Phone 2a. However, the camera section looks bigger, suggesting it might come with three cameras.
Expected Camera and Specifications
A report by 9To5Google hints that the Nothing Phone 3a could have:

This suggests the Phone 3a series may include two models, and one of them might run on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor.

Meanwhile, Vivo has announced that its new V50 smartphone will be launched on February 17. The V50 is the successor to the Vivo V40 and comes with some exciting upgrades. It features a powerful 6000mAh battery and a camera system developed in partnership with the well-known German optics company, Zeiss. Vivo has also shared a sneak peek of the phone’s design and the colors it will come in.
