PM Modi inaugurates first phase of Delhi-Mumbai Expressway

New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi has inaugurated the first phase of the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. During this, the Prime Minister said that now it will be easy to reach Delhi from Jaipur. People doing business and jobs from Jaipur to Delhi can also reach their homes in the evening every day. PM Modi said that this is one of the biggest and most modern expressways in India. This is another grand picture of developed India. He said that in this year's budget, we have made a provision of Rs 10 lakh crore for infrastructure. This amount is 5 times the provisioned amount in 2014. Rajasthan is going to benefit a lot from this investment.

PM Modi further said that when such modern roads, modern railway stations, railway tracks, metro, and airports are built, the country's progress gains momentum. Investment on infrastructure attracts even more investment. For the last 9 years, the central government is also continuously making huge investments on infrastructure. PM Modi said that Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and Western Dedicated Freight Corridor are going to become two strong pillars of the progress of Rajasthan and the country.

He said that these projects are going to change the picture of this entire region including Rajasthan in the coming times. When such modern roads, modern railway stations, railway tracks, metro, and airports are built, then the country's progress gains momentum. When modern infrastructure construction is ready, then farmers, students, businessmen as well as truck-tempo drivers also get benefited and get economic benefits.
