Ranchi: A case related to the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) scam was heard by a bench of Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court Dr Ravi Ranjan and Justice SN Prasad, during which the court raised doubts over the probe into the scam. The court verbally said that the matter would be investigated by CBI if required. The court has asked the ACB (ACB) to submit a full investigation report of the case to the court. At the same time, he has asked how many people were made accused in the case, whether the multi-crore scam was committed by only a small employee.
