Government to invest in Infrastructure, target of 100 lakh crores

Indians living in the US, Singapore, Germany, France and some other countries will build 100 new hotels in Kashmir. These five-starred hotels will be developed like wellness centres so that people from all over the world can reach there to enjoy the pure air and water of Kashmir. About 10 thousand crore rupees will be invested in the construction of these hotels. BK Modi said that this decision has been taken to attract tourists from across the Kashmir Valley. On the question of why Kashmir itself, he said that the air of Kashmir is like a paradise.

Tourists want to come there, but there are not enough five-star hotels. So he inspired the Indian diaspora who run Five and Four Star Hotels in America to invest here. He says that there will be an investment of around Rs 100 crore on the construction of a hotel. These investors get two-and-a-half per cent return on investment in the US or other countries, while in India, they will get 10 to 20 per cent. The Maharashtra government has also spoken of opening two resorts in the state.
