Something delicious for your sweet tooth~ Nutella Crepe Cakes

Ingredients: 60g molten unsalted butter 300g plain flour 600ml milk 2 large eggs 1 jar Nutella 200ml whipping cream Strawberries or Raspberries or Blueberries 4 tbsp caster sugar Icing sugar to dust on top

Preparation: 1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl 3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and pour the wet ingredients into it, 4. Mix well 5. Lightly butter the base of a stick pan. 6. Pour a ladle of batter and twirl pan to spread it evenly. Cook for 30 seconds on each side. Repeat with the whole batter. 7. Let crepes cool completely. 8. Layer the crepes alternatively with Nutella and whipped cream. 9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes 10. Garnish with chocolate sauce and raspberries and dust with icing sugar.
