New Delhi: The second wave of corona epidemic has left many homeless, while hundreds of children have become orphans. The Patnaik government in Odisha has decided to take responsibility for orphaned children in the state. The government has talked about providing free education to orphans. Children will also be given advance pension for June, July and August.
