Ola has planned to facilitate the people with less or no internet connectivity, Ola offline. The company announced today how the net deprived people can book a cab with just a message through the phone.
All you have to do is, send a message to the taxi aggregator regarding your information, and location, the aggregator in return will share the driver’s detail and his number, and then you can call back on the number, to fix your ride.
This idea was already into action to check the response in cities like Indore and Nagpur, since June this year.
The feature will be rolled out across all the 102 cities that Ola operates in, over the coming weeks, starting with four metros.
