Japan's sumo died due to corona virus

A Japanese sumo wrestler has died due to Covid-19. The Japan Sumo Association (JSA) gave its information on Wednesday. According to the news agency report, the case of death of 28-year-old wrestler Sobushi is the first case of death of a sumo wrestler due to Covid-19.

According to the news agency report, Hasobushi's first test came positive on April 10 and he was the first sumo wrestler in Japan to suffer from it. After this, on April 19, his health worsened and he was admitted to a hospital in Tokyo. Sobushi died in the hospital on Wednesday morning.

Sobushi made his debut in 2007 and reached number 11 in the fourth division of JSA. On April 25 in Japan, four wrestlers from the Lower Division were found infected with coronavirus.
