Lucknow: The anti-Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) camp has been in turmoil ever since it suffered a crushing defeat in the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections in 2022. Somewhere the alliances are breaking down, somewhere the leaders are getting angry. The fresh wave of the rebellion has reached the threshold of the Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP). SBSP Vice President Shashi Pratap Singh has pulled out of the party levelling serious allegations against Om Prakash Rajbhar. This is being seen as a major setback for OP Rajbhar, who contested the assembly elections in alliance with Akhilesh Yadav. While stepping down as party vice-president, Shashi Pratap Singh has also levelled several allegations against Rajbhar. He has said that Rajbhar is a false leader and he only wants to take his own family forward. This voice of rebellion against Rajbhar from within the SBSP is being raised at a time when he himself has opened a front against his ally SP. At the same time, Rajbhar is hinting at the support of NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu in the presidential election. He is also seen breaking ties with SP and setting new political equations. Let us know that in the 2022 assembly elections, OP Rajbhar had fought the BJP with all his vitality with Akhilesh. In the strict manner in which Rajbhar had raised his voice against the BJP in the election campaign, even the big leaders of the main parties did not appear to be as aggressive. In the election campaign, Rajbhar used to boast of making Akhilesh sit on the chief minister's chair. Though his party also performed well in Purvanchal, the SP alliance could only reach 125 seats in the 403-seat UP Assembly. Rajbhar had fielded candidates in 19 seats and won 6.
