New Delhi: Political turmoil in the country has increased over the past few years, AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday said he feels "encouraged" by opposition leaders praising his party. Congress leader Navjot Singh Sidhu had tweeted on Tuesday that 'AAP' has always recognized his work and foresight for Punjab. When asked about sidhu's tweet, the Delhi CM told reporters, ''Navjot Singh Sidhu. He is in Punjab. I am happy that aap is doing such a good job that even the opposition leaders are praising us. It gives a lot of encouragement. Kejriwal is on a two-day visit to Goa." In a series of tweets, Sidhu had said, "Our opposition party AAP has always recognized my work and foresight for Punjab. Whether it is the atrocities, drugs, food problems, corruption and power crisis that the people of Punjab were facing before 2017 or the way I have launched the Punjab Model today. They clearly know who is really fighting for Punjab?'' Sidhu's tweets come at a time when the Congress high command is trying to resolve the ongoing controversy in the party's Punjab unit.
