On the Birthday of Sharry Mann: A Journey of Struggles and Success

September 12 marks the birthday of one of Punjab's most beloved and celebrated artists, Sharry Mann. Known for his soulful and melodious voice, Sharry Mann has won the hearts of today's young generation. However, under his musical stardom lies a tale of immense struggle and perseverance.

Born on September 12, 1982, in Mohali, Punjab, Sharry Mann's early life was rooted in humble beginnings. He was born to Sardar Balbir Singh and Sardarni Harmel Kaur, and his native village, Ghal Khurd, is situated in the Ferozepur district of Punjab. Sharry's educational journey began with his schooling in Mohali, where he completed his education up to class 10. Later, he pursued his education at SGGS Senior Secondary School in Sector 35, Chandigarh. After completing his schooling, Sharry continued his academic pursuits and earned a degree in engineering from Rode Lundy College.

Throughout his formative years, Sharry Mann harbored a deep passion for singing. He would often find solace and joy in singing during his spare time. His talent didn't go unnoticed, as he would often entertain his friends and family with his melodious voice during parties and celebrations. His friends, in particular, were captivated by his singing prowess, and they encouraged him to consider pursuing a professional career in music. However, despite the early signs of his musical talent, Sharry initially hesitated to take the plunge into the world of music as a full-time profession.

In his pursuit of a career in music, Sharry Mann faced numerous challenges and setbacks. He approached several music companies in the hope of securing an opportunity, but success remained elusive. One anecdote from his early days stands out as a testament to his determination. Sharry once visited a music producer, only to return without any financial means for his journey back home. This led him to travel on the roof of a bus in harsh weather conditions, a stark reminder of the difficulties he encountered during his initial years.

However, these hardships didn't deter Sharry Mann from pursuing his dreams. Realizing that talent alone wouldn't suffice, he took a job in a call center to support himself. This was a pivotal moment in his life, demonstrating his resilience and commitment to his passion for music.

After two years of unwavering dedication and relentless effort, Sharry Mann's breakthrough came with the release of his album "Yaar Anmulle," which included the hit track "Atte Di Chidi." The album resonated with the younger generation and catapulted Sharry Mann into the limelight. Following this success, he went on to release numerous Punjabi hits such as "Pooja Kaish Aam," "Kalla Channh," "Lal Suhe Lehinge Walye," "Tin Pag," "Hostel," and "Vada Bai."

Sharry Mann's journey in the world of entertainment didn't stop at music. In 2013, he made his acting debut with the film 'Oy Hoye Pyaar Ho Gaya,' although the film did not perform well at the box office. He faced another setback with his second film, 'Ishq Garari,' which also struggled commercially. Despite these initial setbacks in the film industry, Sharry Mann made a triumphant return with the film 'Marriage Palace,' reaffirming his versatility as an actor.

Throughout his career, Sharry Mann has maintained a reputation for steering clear of controversies and focusing on his craft. On his birthday, we celebrate the journey of this incredibly talented artist who emerged from humble beginnings to become a sensation in the Punjabi music and film industry. We wish Sharry Mann continued success and growth in all his future endeavors, and may his career always be on an upward trajectory, guided by the horse of success. Happy Birthday, Sharry Mann!
