'Owaisi may become CM...', claims AIMIM aide Om Prakash Rajbhar

New Delhi: Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party's National President Om Prakash Rajbhar has made an absurd claim. He says that if Asaduddin Owaisi becomes a voter of Uttar Pradesh, he can also be the Chief Minister of the state. Former Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) ally Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party President and former Cabinet Minister Rajbhar said that if AIMIM National President Asaduddin Owaisi becomes a voter of Uttar Pradesh, he can also be the CM there.

According to media reports, former Cabinet Minister Rajbhar said, "About 20 percent of Muslims are in Uttar Pradesh. If they have a stake, they should also have a share in power, they have a right". He questioned, 'Why can't the Muslim's son become CM and deputy CM? Is it a sin to be a Muslim?' He said, "The BJP had formed a government in Jammu and Kashmir by compromising with Mehbooba Mufti, who always spoke of separatism and Pakistan".

At the same time, Om Prakash Rajbhar, without naming CM Yogi Adityanath, said that he turned out to be clever and came from Uttarakhand and became the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh.
