'Pain before Gain' for Banks through Demonetisation

There is no question about the ideology behind the demonetisations concerned in context of Bank as it has been advised by many economists that it was a durable policy to bring back the loans the banks sectors have lost while looters ran away with many high amounts thus the ideology of demonetization did justice with banks by implementing a unique methodology of people's submitting money in the banking sector and it may help in to boost the economy. However, it has not been invisible for any intellectual community that the ideology of demonetization even in the hidden face has given pain before gains for many banking ideologies which won’t have expected such long-term challenges for its own industry. It has been also taken as revenge by many in the context of the declaration policy of the banking sector for the political systems thereby the challenges of the long terms assertiveness have not been fancied as a long term gain but it has been witnessed by the banks as the pain before gain.

This term has also been brought into light due to the irregularities banks have been facing in light of the impact of demonetization. These are one of those rare chances where banking authorities have not only been questioned but turned into jailed and been punished thus the authority and system has been taken into remand which is not good as a perspective for any bank in activity for the goodwill and prosperity of the nation economy even it is the smallest bank sector indeed. Apart from that this is one of those rare instances where Banking systems have been facing a direct public economy reparative challenge which they never did face at least in this high quantity thus this also brought panic for the Banking services. All in all, we have to look forward now what the political system does to control proper functioning otherwise there is no doubt that this political stunt may result in damaging India’s identity far beyond our expectation at large, Till then we hope bank to cooperate as they do but with more clarity, so no political leads may be pushed forward.
