Jammu: Today, Pakistani army triggered ceasefire violation along the LoC in Nowshera and Sunderbani sectors of Rajouri district drawing vengeance from Indian forces. In less than six hours, it was a second cross-border firing. Earlier, in the day, the firing targeted a Nowshera sector and later in afternoon, Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire in Sunderbani sector with the aim to target civilian areas as well as Indian posts. According to a defence spokesman, "Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked ceasefire violation in Nowshera sector from 1030 hours using 120 mm mortars and small arms fire. Our army is giving a befitting response to Pakistani fire".
