Peshawar: A commander of a Daesh group and two other militants were killed by Pakistani security forces on Wednesday during a raid on a militant hideout close to the Afghan border, according to the military. According to the military, the raid was carried out in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province's Bajur district, which borders Afghanistan. It claimed that Shafi Ullah, the leader of Daesh, was one of the three militants killed. He was sought after by the government of Pakistan, which claims he was responsible for attacks on security personnel and the deaths of innocent civilians.
