Bhopal: The Panchayat elections in MP may have to wait for a long time. In Madhya Pradesh, a big news has come out about the panchayat elections. The State Election Commission of The State Election Commission has issued a new directive regarding the elections. According to it, panchayat elections in MP will be held after April 25. At present, the State Election Commission has given instructions to prepare the electoral roll on the basis of the new delimitation. As per the direction of the Election Commission, the work of updating the electoral rolls will start from March 16. Claims on the electoral rolls will be able to raise objections from April 4 to 16. With this, the final list of the new electoral roll will be released on April 25. According to it, the election will have to wait until then. There will be no panchayat elections in Madhya Pradesh till April 25. As per the direction issued by the state election commission, panchayat elections will not be held till April 25. The State Election Commission has directed to prepare the electoral roll on the basis of new delimitation in MP. The process of preparing the electoral roll will begin from March 16. Subsequently, claims and objections were invited on the list from April 4 to April 16. The final publication of the new electoral roll will be done on April 25.
