Paytm is all set to increase its offline merchant network. Paytm is the mobile payments and commerce platform and having a good market share if we talk about digital wallet payment systems. They have announced to hire new 10,000 agents to give expansion to their offline merchant network. Right now the company is having 4,000 such agents to tackle their needs. But as the need arises, they are hoping to add more to their pool. "As millions of consumers across India have taken to using their Paytm Wallets to transact offline, our biggest opportunity is to be available in every town and city in the country. We want to reach their faster, looking to further strengthen our on boarding teams as we continue to build India's biggest payments network," Paytm Senior Vice President Amit Sinha said.
