New Delhi: After the increasing prices of petrol-diesel, there is relief news in this matter even today. Diesel-petrol prices remained steady for the third consecutive day. There has been no increase in the price of oil since Tuesday. Today, diesel is being sold in Delhi at Rs 80 for 78 paise and petrol at Rs 80 for 43 paise. It is worth mentioning that petrol has increased by 12.86 percent and diesel by 16.41 percent per litre since June. Talking about the international benchmark Brent crude, it has increased by 1.89 percent in a month. In the last one month, the price of petrol has changed 21 times and the price of diesel 23 times. During this period, the prices of both petroleum products increased. Petrol was getting Rs 71.26 and diesel at Rs 69.39 per litre on 6 June in Delhi before the price rose. The oil marketing companies, after reviewing the prices, determine the rates of petrol and diesel every day.
