New Delhi: Crude oil prices have fluctuated in the global market. In the domestic market, state-made oil companies have not revised the price of petrol and diesel for the fifth consecutive day. Oil prices had risen after 29 days of continuous steady 29 days. Petrol and diesel prices hiked by 49 paise a litre in these two days, while diesel was hiked by 51 paise in the last two days. It may be noted that petrol-diesel prices remained steady for 48 consecutive days before December 6. At present, there is no hike in the prices of petrol and diesel and the common people have been relieved. There has been no change in the price of petrol and diesel in Delhi on January 12. Petrol is priced at Rs 84.20 per litre and diesel at Rs 74.38 per litre today. Petrol and diesel prices in Mumbai remain stable today. Petrol is priced at Rs 90.83 per litre in Mumbai and Rs 81.07 per litre. There has been no change in the price of petrol and diesel in Kolkata, the capital of Bengal today. Petrol prices are Rs 85.68 per litre and diesel at Rs 77.97 per litre. In Chennai, there has been no hike in the price of petrol and diesel. Petrol price is priced at Rs 86.96 per litre and diesel at Rs 79.72 per litre. In Bengaluru, petrol prices are Rs 87.04 per litre and diesel at Rs 78.87 per litre.
