The 23-year-old medical student is said to have carried out the incident. It is he who committed a crime like raping an innocent girl. The family lodged a complaint in the entire case following which the accused has been arrested by the police. The incident is said to be on Thursday. The accused in the case has been identified as Sunil Sukhram Gupta. According to reports, the victim lived with her family on rent in her house. Police said that late in the evening, she went to the accused's house to watch TV. Meanwhile, the accused's closed the door and committed a heinous act with the girl. The innocent girl then went home crying and told her mother about the whole incident. As soon as the mother came to know they immediately complained to the police. Oshiwara police have also arrested the accused from his house late in the night in view of the seriousness of the case. He is said to be released for custody in a local court shortly from now.
