Lucknow: In Uttar Pradesh, the house of Piyush Jain, a businessman who made 'Socialist Perfume' for Akhilesh Yadav's party SP, has been raided by the Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence, Ahmedabad (DGGI) and the Income Tax Department. Cash worth several crores of rupees has been recovered from Piyush Jain's house. Meanwhile, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders have shared a picture of cash from his house. BJP leaders and Union ministers have surrounded the Samajwadi Party (SP) through a picture of a room full of notes. In fact, a truck was searched by a DGGI team from Ahmedabad. The bill of goods going into this truck was made in the name of fake companies. All the bills were less than Rs. 50,000 so that Eway Bill would not have to be made. the DGGI then raided the transporter's house in Kanpur. Here DGGI found about 200 fake bills. This is where DGGI got some clues about Piyush Jain and the connection of fake bills. DGGI then raided the house of Piyush Jain, who made socialist perfumes. As soon as the officers reached Piyush Jain's residence and started opening the cupboards, he lost consciousness. The shelves were filled with bundles of 500-500 notes. This was followed by a notice to the Income Tax Department. A team of IT arrived at the spot with a note counting machine. Since then the counting of notes has continued.
