Punjab and Goa are in the race to collate votes for their Assembly election. On the other side, various leaders including Mayawati initiated 'Rally' in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi initiated BJP's rally in Meerut, in which he talked about various issues regarding the recent scenario of the governing body. During his addressing Modi stated, "UP needs to get rid of SCAM, S- Samajwadi, C- Congress, A- Akhilesh and M- Mayawati. UP citizens can decide, either they want SCAM or development." He further added, "No matter how hard Modi will try to help you from Delhi, if the state government has no intention, money will go somewhere else." Modi not only talked about the opposition party, but he also raised the issue related to the Indian security force, explaining the problem of the 'first rank first pension'.
