Jammu: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the largest tunnel of India today, which links Jammu to Srinagar. The tunnel is provided with the CCTV security cameras. This tunnel will minimise the distance of 32 Km from both the capital city of Jammu and Kashmir. This tunnel will be fruitful for the citizens and as well as for the government of the Jammu and Kashmir, as it would make the travel easy and cheap. As per the reports, this tunnel saves Rs 27 lakh, which is used to transport between the cities. The tunnel is equipped with the fire control system. Along with fire control system, Power connection and communication systems are automated. The tunnel would cost charges for travelling but it would be much less than before.
