PM Modi will visit these cities tomorrow to take stock of corona vaccine development

Vaccination has intensified among the growing cases of COVID-19 in the country. PM Narendra Modi himself can visit Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad tomorrow to inspect the preparation of vaccine being made in India by different companies. The official confirmation of Prime Minister Modi's visit to Pune has been confirmed.

It is being told that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit the Serum Institute of India in Pune on 28 November. He can also go to Hyderabad, where Bharat biotech office is present, which in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has developed an indigenous COVID vaccine under the name Covaxin. PM Narendra Modi can also visit Ahmedabad tomorrow. In Ahmedabad, there is a facility of Zydus Cadila, which has developed a vaccine named ZyCov-D, which is in the second phase trial. During his visit, Prime Minister Modi will hold talks with the three vaccine companies on preparations and plan to distribute the vaccine.

Covishield of Serum Institute of India is in the forefront of the race. The strategy of the Serum Institute is that in the United Kingdom, the vaccine will be applied in India as soon as emergency approval is received. The company has already done risk production of the vaccine. The last phase trial of Bharat Biotech's Covaxin is going on in India. The vaccine is expected to arrive by the first quarter of 2021, while ZyCov-D's second phase trial of Zydus Cadila is underway.
