It has been confirmed by sources that Modi is staying away from visiting Pakistan for the SAARC summit which is going to be held in November 2016. Although, official news from the administration will be sent to the council close to the date of the summit. This decision was already made before the Uri-attacks to clarify the the reason for not attending the conference but at the same time the Uri attack just makes it sure, that there is no reason for the Indian PM to attend the summit.
