PM Modi's appeal to countrymen on Yoga Day, 'Do yoga with family at home'

New Delhi: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, PM Narendra Modi has appealed to the countrymen to do yoga with the family at home.

Due to the global epidemic corona virus, we have to take special care of social distancing. We are marking the sixth Yoga Day in extraordinary times. PM Modi further said that the focus on preventive health services will be stronger in the Corona era and that is why yoga will become more popular in the coming times.

This year's theme will be 'Yoga at home, Yoga with family'.

With this, a mobile app has been launched by the government. This app has been named My Life My Yoga. PM Narendra Modi had announced a competition in Mann Ki Baat. Under which this application was launched.
