PM Narendra Modi catches fleeting of India-England 2nd Test, shares photo

India is dominating in ongoing 2nd Test match against England. The cricketfans are enjoying a great match between the best teams of the world. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also surprised the cricket followers by capturing the fleeting view of the ongoing India-England 2nd Test match, which is being played in Chennai.

PM  Modi is on a visit to Chennai and Kerala on Sunday. The ongoing India-England Test match caught Modi's attention and the PM shared the pic of the game on social media. "Caught a fleeting view of an interesting test match in Chennai," he wrote on Twitter. 

 PM Modi is a keen follower of the game and also served as the President of the Gujarat Cricket Association. He had also enjoyed many matches at Motera Stadium while serving as the Chief Minister of Gujarat.  Earlier in the day, PM was in Chennai for the inauguration of infrastructure projects and is now on his way to Kochi, Kerala.

 

Talking of the game Team India holds a lead of 249 runs. Opting to bat first, the Virat Kohli-led side rode on Rohit Sharma's 161 to post a huge total of 329/10. Vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane and Rishabh Pant also played their part and scored 67 and 58* respectively.
