Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address the NCC annual rally at Cariappa Parade Ground in Delhi on Saturday. A press release issued by the Prime Minister's Office on Thursday said that PM Modi is scheduled to address the NCC cadets at around 5:45 pm in the evening. This year, NCC is celebrating its 75th year of establishment. Amid the event, PM Modi is also scheduled to release a special day cover and a commemorative coin worth Rs 75 to commemorate 75 years of NCC. The rally is scheduled to be held as a mixed day and night event. It is also going to include a cultural program on the theme 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat'. In the true Indian spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, 196 officers and cadets from 19 foreign countries have also been invited to participate in the ceremony. The PMO has said in its release that a cultural program on the theme of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat is also going to be held in this rally. Addressing the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers on Wednesday, Prime Minister Modi said, "You are young, it is time for you to build your future.
