Bengaluru: Today at 5:30 PM, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the Vijaya Sankalp rally at the palace grounds in the city. Former DCM R Ashok will be coordinating the event and over two lakh people are expected to be in attendance. Party workers from Dakshina Kannada and Udupi-Chikkamagaluru Lok Sabha Constituencies will attend the rally. The MLA for Karkala said that Mr. Modi will arrive in the city from Ramanathapuram in Tamil Nadu. An eight-foot stage has been built to ensure that PM Modi can be seen even from a distance of half a kilometer. Ten digital screens have been installed to ensure that everyone can hear and see the PM's speech without any technical glitches. He said that the rally on Saturday will be bigger than the one addressed by Mr. Modi in the Maidan during 2014 Lok Sabha elections.
