Thane: Police has successfully solved the 11-year-old murder case by arresting the committer from Purulia district of West Bengal. Munir Sharif Shah was killed on july 23, 2005 by an unknown person at the Thane district. From 11 years, the Police was searching for the accused Duriyadan Karali and finally caught him in Purulia. He murdered the victim after both of them had quarrel over the payment of painting work. The Police officer said "Following the dispute, the accused had allegedly attacked the victim on his head with an iron rod and also slit his throat".
