The political lift in Rajasthan is constantly increasing. This battle of politics has now reached the Supreme Court. The 13th day of this political struggle in Rajasthan has passed. After which the Speaker of Rajasthan, Dr. C.P. Joshi filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In the Sachin Pilot case, the Speaker of the Assembly filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the restraining order of the Rajasthan High Court. In which the order of the High Court has been challenged. SLP has been lodged in the Supreme Court on behalf of Dr. CP Joshi, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker. The assembly speaker filed an application in the Supreme Court against the restraining order of the Rajasthan High Court in the Sachin Pilot case. For which special permission petition (SLP) has been filed through senior advocate Kapil Sibal. Dr. Joshi said that there should not be any conflict between the assembly and the judiciary. For which he has decided to file SLP in the Supreme Court. He told that the constitution has fixed the work and rights of all. As a speaker, I issued a show-cause summon to 19 MLAs. Only issued notice, no decision given. He said that if the authority does not issue a show-cause notice then what will be its work. He said, "I am a speaker by rules. First, the High Court said that I did not make any decision till 21 July, then on Tuesday, the High Court said that if I do not make any decision till 24 July, I will not do that either."
