Presidential elections: How much will Yashwant be able to face Draupadi Murmu? Understand the political equation

New Delhi: NDA's presidential candidate Draupadi Murmu today reached Delhi from Odisha's capital Bhubaneswar. She will file her nomination for the presidency on Friday.   He will take on former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha, a joint opposition candidate. Draupadi Murmu was accorded a grand welcome by Union Ministers Arjun Munda, Arjun Ram Meghwal and Dr Virendra Kumar and BJP leader Manoj Tiwari at the Delhi airport.

Earlier, in an interaction with the media at Bhubaneswar airport, Itishree, daughter of future President Draupadi Murmu, said that the mother is going to be the President, it looks unbelievable. Itishree, who works in a bank in Odisha, said, "We never thought that this could happen. We still can't believe it's going to happen. Itishree said that even her mother did not believe it. The ruling NDA at the Centre currently has a total of 5,26,420 votes for the presidential election. Murmu needs 5,39,420 votes to win. Now, if you look at these electoral equations, coming from Odisha, Murmu is directly getting the support of the Biju Janata Dal (BJD). That is, 31,000 votes of the BJD will also fall in favour of Murmu and the NDA.

Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik has already announced his support to Draupadi Murmu. Apart from this, if the YSR Congress also comes together, then its 43000 votes will also fall in favour of Murmu. Apart from this, it is difficult for the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), which has been doing siasat in the name of tribals, to oppose Murmu. If Jmmumo comes under pressure, Murmu will get about 20,000 more votes.

Yashwant, who was weak in front of Draupadi:-

Let us know that in front of Draupadi Murmu, Yashwant Sinha's fight is looking very weak. Even after being a unanimous opposition candidate, he still has only 3,70,709 votes. However, it will also be interesting to see how long opposition unity can last before the NDA.

The candidate cried bitterly after clinging to her husband, this situation happened on the middle of the road.
