Actor Priom Gujjar, who is currently seen essaying the character of Rajiv in the television show Mithai, featuring Aashish Bhardwaj and Debattama Saha in the main roles, talks about his character making an exit from the show. He says, "I was shooting for the show since the start and was happy with my part. I am grateful that the creative team of the show enabled my role to grow. I explored different layers with emotions in the same character, I was earlier someone who was fun loving and carefree, who liked making people laugh and later I got to do bit of the romantic one. Of late I turned into a guy who was quiet a serious individual. I enjoyed my journey on the show and would like to work with the cast and crew again." Talking about his exit, the actor adds, "No actor will be happy to exit a show. But as actors, there are many not so expected things that we witness and slowly but eventually we get used to it. At times, makers have to bring in certain changes in a story to keep the show going on. When you are part of a show, you always think and pray to have a long good journey. My journey here is completed but I'm sure my fans will always recall my role in the show." Priom has earlier acted in other shows like Ishqbaaaz, Kaleerein and Shrimad Bhagwat Mahapuran. So what's your next project? He replies, "I'm travelling to my hometown, Delhi, for a week. Once I am back in Mumbai, I will start to audition once again."
