Ingredients of Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground clove

4 cup heavy cream

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground spice allspice

800 gm condensed milk

1/2 cup pureed pumpkin

How to make Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream

Step 1

To begin with, take a large bowl and combine pumpkin puree with cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger and allspice. Mix well.

Step 2

Next, add condensed milk, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Then, with the help of a hand blender, blend until the mixture gets a rich smooth consistency. Take another bowl, pour heavy cream and give it a proper whisk. Once light and fluffy, add the cream to the pumpkin mixture.

Step 3
